- Formar cilindros con cada bollo, y empezar a trenzar. Ponerla en un molde de budín de 24 cm, enmantecado y enharinado. Tapar y dejar leudar.
- Una vez leudado, Pintar con leche y espolvorear con azúcar granulada.
- Llevar a horno precalentado, 180°C por 40 minutos aprox o hasta pincharlo con un palito y salga seco.
- Una vez cocido, desmoldar en caliente. En casa no esperaron a que se enfríe y lo comimos tibiesito. Una delicia!!! 😋
