- Mientras esto pasa, haremos masitas con la harina de maíz (este paso es netamente opcional, es algo que hacía mi madre con las sopas), las mismas debes ser del tamaño y forma de una albóndiga, al estar todas formadas las colocamos en la preparación con cuidado.
