- Armar el pastel en una fuente para horno. Colocar una capa fina del puré en la base del molde. Desparramar el picadillo de carne cubriendo toda la superficie. Espolvorear con lluvia de almendras previamente fileteadas y tostadas. Colocar el resto del puré cubriendo todo el picadillo. Con un tenedor, dibujar rayas en sentido vertical y horizontal, formando un enrejado. Espolvorear con azúcar y llevar a horno fuerte hasta que esté dorado (20 min aprox)
