- Pasada la media hora de reposo calentaremos una sartén grande o una plancha a fuego bajo (si tenemos una plancha eléctrica la pondremos a 160º), en caso de que sea sartén la pondremos a fuego medio/bajo para que no se queme la masa.
- Cuando tengamos la sartén o plancha preparada le untaremos la base con aceite que lo pondremos con un pequeño algodón o trapito, (yo uso los algodones de desmaquillarse), mojaremos el algodoncito en aceite y lo pasaremos por la base de la sartén.
- Para que las pequeñas porciones no se sequen las podemos tapar con papel transparente.
- Cuando las vayamos a comer las pondremos con nutella, nocilla, nata montada o cualquier mermelada dulce, haciendo pequeños bocadillitos.
- NOTA: Que yo sepa los auténticos Dorayakis se hacen rellenos de Anko (pasta de alubias rojas) y la pasta con Mirin (vino dulce de arroz) en vez de vainilla que yo le he puesto, pero de todas maneras doy las gracias a Japón por este sencillo pero gran postre.
