- Picar todas las calabacitas. Ya que se termine de rellenar los tamales de carne, quedará masa. En esa masa se le va a agregar el queso y las calabacitas y se va a volver a amasar.
- Se va a agarrar la hoja extendida y se le va a agregar la masa se va a extender en la hoja. Dobla los lados de las hojas y dobla la parte inferior hacia el centro.
