- Aparte batir la clara de huevo, agregar la miel, y vainilla. Agregar a la mezcla del paso 1.
- Mezclamos bien y extendemos en charola para hornear, si no es antiadherente usamos papel para hornear. Horneamos a 150°C por 12 minutos, dando una vuelta a la mitad del tiempo. O podemos hacerla en freidora de aire, 10 minutos a 300°F con varias pausas para remover los ingredientes.
- Dejar enfriar y guardar en recipiente de buen cierre.
